Hi, I'm Sam. I'm a computer music maker, creative coder, and educator. My training is in music composition and digital music. I've been using Max/MSP since 2015 and started using Max for Live in 2021.

My devices usually start with me thinking "it would be cool if I could do XYZ in Ableton." I focus on creating tools that are accessible and intuitive - hence the name 'Simple Machines' - while solving real production challenges.
